Athirappally is the largest waterfall in Kerala, plunging around 80 feet into a mist-filled gorge on the Chalakudy river. Framed by the evergreen Sholayar forest, it has earned its nickname — the ‘Niagara of India’.

Staying nearby makes all the difference. From Sreeja Myst — just a kilometre away — you can reach the falls before the day-trippers arrive.
